Galaxy S20 is much better than Motorola Moto G Power, having a 94.8 score against 76.1. Even when the Galaxy S20 and Motorola Moto G Power were only released with a couple months difference, the Galaxy S20 is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version while Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11 version.

Samsung Galaxy S20 has just a bit better processing power than Moto G Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S20 counts with a brighter display than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px.

Samsung Galaxy S20 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and videos in poorly lited situations and a way worse resolution camera, it also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality videos and pictures and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.

The Galaxy S20 counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Moto G Power, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Motorola Moto G Power features greater battery life than Galaxy S20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G Power. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20, else you can save some money and buy the Moto G Power, letting go some features and specifications.
