The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than the Moto G Power, having a overall score of 98 against 76.1. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Moto G Power has Android 11 version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is a little thinner but somewhat heavier than Moto G Power, and they were released with only a couple of months difference.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit sharper screen than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has a greater display pixel density, a quite bigger display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a greater camera than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light captures, it also counts with a lot higher video definition, a much bigger sensor and a much higher 108 MP resolution back facing camera.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Motorola Moto G Power.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Moto G Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, else you can save some money and get the Motorola Moto G Power, giving up some specifications.
