The Galaxy S25 Ultra is much better than Moto G Power, getting a 90.7 score against 76.1. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a noticeably thinner and lighter cellphone than the Moto G Power. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version and Moto G Power has Android 11 version.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a much sharper screen than Moto G Power, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution and a better pixels density. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a greater storage for games and applications than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Moto G Power counts with a much better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy S25 Ultra's battery duration is very similar to the Motorola Moto G Power one. The Galaxy S25 Ultra takes way better photos and videos than Moto G Power, and although they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a much higher resolution camera in the back, a much larger sensor which provides a much better photo and video quality and a much better 7680x4320 video quality.
