Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has 14 version while Moto G Power has Android 11, so it provides the user some additional features. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition's body is somewhat heavier but incredibly thinner than the Moto G Power.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has a brighter display than Moto G Power, because although it has a bit inferior pixels count in each inch in the display, it also counts with a better 1968 x 2184px resolution and a larger screen. Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition takes much better videos and photos than Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low light images and video, it also counts with a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.

Although Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Moto G Power. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Moto G Power, letting go some features and specifications.
