The Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is a lot better than the Moto G Power's global score of 76.1. Both devices in this review include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features. The Xperia 1 III is a newer cellphone, and it's also a little lighter and thinner than Moto G Power.

Xperia 1 III has a little better performance than Moto G Power, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia 1 III also has 8 GB more RAM memory. Xperia 1 III counts with a better looking screen than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has a lot higher quantity of pixels per display inch, a lot better resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a quite bigger screen.

Xperia 1 III features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Moto G Power, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB. Moto G Power counts with a bit better battery performance than Xperia 1 III, because it has an 11% more battery size.

Xperia 1 III has a little bit better camera than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a back camera with a way worse resolution and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, and they both have a F1.7 aperture, the Xperia 1 III also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G Power. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Xperia 1 III, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola Moto G Power, resigning some specifications.
