Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is better than Moto G Stylus 5G (2021)'s global score of 82.1. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version while Moto G Stylus 5G (2021) has Android 11 version, providing the user lots of additional features. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is a bit thinner than the Moto G Stylus 5G (2021), although it's just a bit heavier and was released a bit more further than a year before.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little better processing power than Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2021), and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit sharper screen than Moto G Stylus 5G (2021), because it has a little bit larger display, more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much better videos and photos than Moto G Stylus 5G (2021), and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a way higher 7680x4320 video quality and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution. The Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2021) has a little bit better storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2021) also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1 TB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery life is very similar to Moto G Stylus 5G (2021)'s battery lifetime.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G Stylus 5G (2021), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G Stylus 5G (2021). So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Moto G Stylus 5G (2021), resigning a couple specifications.
