The LG Q70 has a global score of 77.9, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2024)'s 75.2 overall score. Even though LG Q70 is older and just a little bit heavier than Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2024), it's construction is still just a little thinner. These devices have Android OS, but the LG Q70 has the previous 10 version and Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) has Android 14.
