The Sony Xperia Z3 is a bit better than Moto G Stylus 5G (2025), with a 77.3 score against 71.9. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Sony Xperia Z3 has a more recent 4.4.4 version while Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) has Android 15, so it counts with a lot of extra features. The Sony Xperia Z3 features a much better performing CPU than Moto G Stylus 5G (2025), because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and 5 GB less RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
The Sony Xperia Z3 features an incredibly better screen than Moto G Stylus 5G (2025), although it has a way smaller screen and much lower brightness. Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) takes much better pictures and videos than Xperia Z3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) also has a back-facing camera with way more megapixels, a larger aperture to take better low light images and videos and a much bigger back camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and photos.
Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) has much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z3, because it has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 2 TB and 128 GB internal memory. The Moto G Stylus 5G (2025) counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Xperia Z3, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
