Motorola Moto G100 is much better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, getting a general score of 88.9 against 77. Even being the best phone in this comparison, Motorola Moto G100 is a notably older, somewhat thicker and heavier phone than Motorola Edge 40 Neo. Both phones in this comparison work with Android OS, but the Motorola Moto G100 has older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13.

Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola Moto G100, although it has a little lower screen pixel density, a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Moto G100 has a very superior memory for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Moto G100 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB.

Motorola Moto G100 features a much greater performance than Motorola Edge 40 Neo. Both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and 8 processing cores. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo's battery life is very similar to the battery life in Motorola Moto G100. The Moto G100 shoots clearer photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has a way tinier sensor which offers a lot worse photo and video quality, it also counts with a much better 64 MP resolution back camera, a lot better 5760x3240 video resolution and a larger camera aperture to take better low light photos and video.
