Motorola Moto G100 has a global score of 88.9, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 global score. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto G100 has newer 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10, counting with a couple nice extra features. The Motorola Moto G100 design is newer, but just a bit heavier and just a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9.
Moto G100 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2520px, a bit bigger display and a bit more pixels per screen inch. Moto G100 features a bit better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Moto G100 also has a greater amount of RAM.

The Moto G100 takes better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a same size back camera sensor, the Moto G100 also has a back camera with a much higher 64 MP resolution, a lot higher video resolution and a larger aperture to take better images and video in low-light environments.
