Comparison review

The Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is slightly better than Moto G200 5G's score of 86.2. Galaxy A42 is an older phone than the Moto G200 5G, but Samsung could make it a little bit lighter and a little thinner anyway. Both devices we are comparing include the same Android 11 operating system.

Moto G200 5G has a brighter display than Galaxy A42, because it has a higher pixel density, a quite larger display and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2460px. Moto G200 5G features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A42, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Moto G200 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Moto G200 5G takes clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A42, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for taking images and videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Moto G200 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with way more MP.

Galaxy A42 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G200 5G, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A42 also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy A42 features a battery performance that's very similar to Moto G200 5G's battery life.
