Motorola Moto G200 5G features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM. Galaxy S5 features a much better screen than Moto G200 5G, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with a better number of pixels per display inch.
Motorola Moto G200 5G features a superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Moto G200 5G takes better photos and videos than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Moto G200 5G also has a larger aperture to take better low-light photos and video and a camera with way more MP.
Moto G200 5G has a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh.
