Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a score of 80.2, which is a little bit better than the Moto G30's 78.1 overall score. The Motorola Moto G30 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Motorola Moto G30 also has faster 60 fps video frame rate, a camera in the back with way more mega pixels and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
