The Sony Xperia 1 has a score of 82.6, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto G30's overall score of 78.1. The Sony Xperia 1 construction is lighter and thinner than Motorola Moto G30, despite of the fact that it was released just a little more than a year before. The Xperia 1 has a bit more powerful processor than Motorola Moto G30, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 1 also has more RAM memory.

Xperia 1 counts with an incredibly better screen than Motorola Moto G30, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xperia 1 also has a way greater screen density and a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. The Xperia 1's storage capacity for games and applications is very similar to the Moto G30 one, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.

The Moto G30 has a way better battery duration than Xperia 1, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. The Motorola Moto G30 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking pictures and video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Motorola Moto G30 also counts with better 60 frames per second video frame rates and a back-facing camera with lot more MP.
