Moto G31 has an overall score of 77, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play's 76.3 global score. The Moto G31 construction is noticeably newer, but heavier and much thicker than Motorola Moto Z3 Play. Moto G31 has a bit better looking display than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a just a little higher amount of pixels in each screen inch, a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit larger display.
Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a quite bigger memory to install applications and games than Moto G31, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto Z3 Play also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto G31 features just a bit better performance than Moto Z3 Play. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and 8 processing cores.
Moto G31 features a little bit better camera than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking photographs and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Moto G31 also counts with a back camera with lot more MP.
