Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto G31 has older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Moto G31 design is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy C5's, but it is incredibly thicker and notably heavier.
The Moto G31 counts with a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy C5, because although it has a just a bit worse pixels number per inch of screen, it also counts with a bigger display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px. Moto G31 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy C5. Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
Moto G31 features a better camera than Samsung Galaxy C5, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G31 also has a larger aperture for better low-light captures and videos and a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels. The Moto G31 features a much better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy C5, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto G31 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Moto G31 has a superior battery performance than Galaxy C5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
