Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S22 has a general score of 93.4, which is much better than the Motorola Moto G31's 77 general score. Samsung Galaxy S22's design is somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter than Motorola Moto G31, even when both were only released with a couple months difference. Both phones in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S22 has the newer 13 version and Motorola Moto G31 has Android 11, so it provides some nice extra features and performance enhancements.

Galaxy S22 has a bit better processing unit than Moto G31, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S22 also has 4 GB more RAM. The Galaxy S22 features a much more vibrant display than Moto G31, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixel number per inch of display.

The Motorola Moto G31 has a much better memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S22, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Motorola Moto G31 counts with better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S22, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3700mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 takes much better pictures and videos than Moto G31, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back and a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S22 also has a much higher 7680x4320 video quality.
