Xperia PRO-I is a lot better than the Motorola Moto G31, getting a 96.3 score against 77. Despite being the best in this comparison, the Xperia PRO-I body is just a little bit thicker and heavier than the Motorola Moto G31. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS. Xperia PRO-I has a sharper display than Moto G31, because it has a way higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution, a little larger screen and a much higher pixel amount per display inch.
Sony Xperia PRO-I has just a little better hardware performance than Moto G31, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Sony Xperia PRO-I also has more RAM memory. The Xperia PRO-I features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Moto G31, and although they both have a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB, the Xperia PRO-I also has 512 GB internal memory capacity.
The Moto G31 counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Xperia PRO-I, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh. Moto G31 takes clearer pictures and videos than Xperia PRO-I, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same video definition, the Moto G31 also counts with a much better resolution back-facing camera and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photography and videos.
