Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a general score of 82.9, which is just a bit better than Moto G31's global score of 77. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Moto G31 has Android 11, counting with lots of additional features and performance improvements. Even being the best device we are comparing, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro construction is older, heavier and just a little thicker than Moto G31.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has just a bit better looking display than Motorola Moto G31, although it has a little bit lower 1080 x 2340px resolution and a just a bit lower screen pixel density, they both have a screen of the same size. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G31, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also has more RAM.
The Moto G31 has much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Moto G31 features improved battery duration than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro takes better photographs and videos than Moto G31, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lower 48 megapixels resolution, and they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video quality.
