The Moto Z3 is a little bit better than Moto G4 Plus, having a general score of 77.6 against 72.1. Moto Z3's body is extremely newer and a lot thinner, but just a bit heavier than Moto G4 Plus. The Moto Z3 features just a little better hardware performance than Moto G4 Plus. Both have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM amount.
Moto Z3 counts with a bit sharper display than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a bit larger display, a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a bit greater pixel density. The Motorola Moto Z3 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Moto G4 Plus, because although it has a much less MP back-facing camera, and they both have the same aperture, the Motorola Moto Z3 also counts with a much better video quality.
Moto Z3 counts with much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G4 Plus, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Moto Z3 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Moto Z3 features a battery life that's just as good as the Moto G4 Plus one.
Although Moto Z3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G4 Plus. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Moto Z3, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Moto G4 Plus, letting go some specs and features.
