Motorola One Zoom is better than the Moto G4 Plus, getting an 80 score against 72.1. Although the Motorola One Zoom is somewhat heavier than Moto G4 Plus, it's thinner and also noticeably newer. The Motorola One Zoom counts with a bit more vivid screen than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution, a bit greater amount of pixels per display inch and a bigger screen.
Motorola One Zoom has a bit faster processor than Moto G4 Plus. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 cores. Motorola One Zoom takes much clearer photographs and videos than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a larger diafragm aperture for better captures and video in low-light environments, a much higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a much better resolution camera.

Although Motorola One Zoom is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto G4 Plus. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Motorola One Zoom, else you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Moto G4 Plus, resigning some features and specs.
