The Moto G4 Plus is a bit better than the Galaxy A01, having a general score of 72.1 against 71.6. Even being the best cellphone we compare here, the Moto G4 Plus construction is much older, somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier than Galaxy A01. The Moto G4 Plus counts with a slightly better display than Galaxy A01, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a better display density.
Galaxy A01 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Moto G4 Plus features a bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A01, because although it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 128 GB against 512 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy A01 and Moto G4 Plus have really similar battery durations. Moto G4 Plus counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy A01, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Moto G4 Plus also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited environments and a back camera with a better resolution.
Although Motorola Moto G4 Plus is a better device, it costs more than the Samsung Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A01. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy A01, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
