The Galaxy Note3 is a little bit better than the Moto G4 Plus, with a overall score of 77.7 against 72.1. The Galaxy Note3 construction is thinner than Moto G4 Plus, although it is a bit heavier and was released many years before. Galaxy Note3 features a screen that is very similar to Moto G4 Plus's screen, because although the Galaxy Note3 has a little bit worse count of pixels per display inch, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a bit larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 features just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, although it has 1 GB lesser RAM and less cores. Moto G4 Plus features a slightly better storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Moto G4 Plus also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB.
