Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has an overall score of 76, which is a bit better than Moto G4 Plus's 72.1 general score. Although the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and Moto G4 Plus were released with only 6 months difference, Xiaomi Mi Note 2's construction is extremely thinner but also a bit heavier. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a screen that is just as good as the screen in Moto G4 Plus, because although the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a bit lower screen density, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a little bit bigger display. The Motorola Moto G4 Plus takes clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, although it has a back-facing camera with much less MP resolution and a much worse video definition, they both have a F2 aperture.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Moto G4 Plus, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a very superior battery life than Moto G4 Plus, because it has a 36 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G4 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G4 Plus. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G4 Plus, giving up a couple features and specifications.
