The Moto G41 is just a bit better than Nokia 7.2, having a general score of 79.1 against 75.9. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Moto G41 has a more recent 11 version and Nokia 7.2 has Android 10 version. The Moto G41 design is a lot newer and just a bit lighter than the Nokia 7.2's, but it is just a little bit thicker.

Nokia 7.2 counts with a screen that's just as good as Moto G41's screen, although the Nokia 7.2 has a little smaller display, a bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little lower pixels amount per inch of display.
