The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro is just a bit better than Moto G41, getting an 82.9 score against 79.1. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro design is older, heavier and just a little bit thicker than Moto G41. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Moto G41 has Android 11.
