Comparison review

The HTC U Ultra is a bit better than Moto G5 Plus, with a 77 score against 74.6. HTC U Ultra's construction is thinner but a little bit heavier than Moto G5 Plus, and both were released only a couple months apart. The HTC U Ultra features a little sharper display than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, because it has a little bit larger screen, a just a little higher pixels amount in each inch in the screen and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.

The HTC U Ultra features a very superior storage for apps and games than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the HTC U Ultra also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Moto G5 Plus features a bit better processor than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Moto G5 Plus also has 4 more cpu cores (although they are slower).

HTC U Ultra's battery life is very similar to the battery duration in Moto G5 Plus. HTC U Ultra captures a bit better photos and videos than Moto G5 Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have a 12 MP camera in the back, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a bigger camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto G5 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto G5 Plus. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Motorola Moto G5 Plus, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
