Comparison review
Huawei P20 Pro is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G5 Plus, having an 81.4 score against 74.6. The Huawei P20 Pro body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also heavier than the Motorola Moto G5 Plus. The Huawei P20 Pro and Motorola Moto G5 Plus both count with very similar screens, because although the Huawei P20 Pro has a quite worse quantity of pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bigger screen and a quite better 1080 x 2240 resolution.
Huawei P20 Pro features a bit superior CPU than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a bit more storage for apps and games than Moto G5 Plus, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Huawei P20 Pro has greater battery lifetime than Moto G5 Plus, because it has a 33% larger battery size. Huawei P20 Pro takes way better videos and photos than Moto G5 Plus, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a camera with a much better 40 mega-pixels resolution and a lot larger back camera sensor taking much better quality videos and pictures.
The Huawei P20 Pro costs a lot more than Moto G5 Plus, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
