The Moto G41 is a bit better than Moto G5 Plus, getting a score of 79.1 against 74.6. The Moto G41 construction is way newer and thinner than the Moto G5 Plus's, but it is also heavier. The Moto G41 and Moto G5 Plus count with extremely similar processors, they have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
