The Samsung Galaxy J8 is a bit better than Moto G5 Plus, with a 76.7 score against 74.6. The Samsung Galaxy J8 design is newer and thinner, but heavier than the Moto G5 Plus. Moto G5 Plus features a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a much greater number of pixels per inch in the display.
The Moto G5 Plus counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy J8. They have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processor. Samsung Galaxy J8 has a bit superior battery performance than Moto G5 Plus, because it has a 17% larger battery size.
