Comparison review

Galaxy Note 4 is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G5 Plus, getting an 81.6 score against 74.6. The Galaxy Note 4 is a way older and heavier device than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, but Samsung managed to make it somewhat thinner anyway. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, because although it has less cores and less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.

The Galaxy Note 4 has a better looking screen than Motorola Moto G5 Plus, because it has a quite larger display, a quite better pixel number per display inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 captures a little bit better videos and photos than Moto G5 Plus, because although it has a much smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for low light captures and video and a tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.

The Motorola Moto G5 Plus has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB, the Motorola Moto G5 Plus also has 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features just a little better battery duration than Moto G5 Plus, because it has a 7% more battery capacity.

The Galaxy Note 4 costs more money than the Moto G5 Plus, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
