Huawei Mate 20 is a bit better than Moto G50, with a general score of 79.5 against 75.3. These phones work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Moto G50 has Android 11, so it gives you lots of additional features. Huawei Mate 20's body is a bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Moto G50, even though it was released 3 years before.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a much sharper display than Moto G50, and although they both have a same size screen, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a better count of pixels per inch in the screen and a much better 1080 x 2244 resolution. Motorola Moto G50 features much more storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 1 TB.
Huawei Mate 20 has a little better hardware performance than Moto G50. They have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Huawei Mate 20 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Motorola Moto G50, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for capturing images and video in low-light environments and a camera in the back with way less MP resolution.
Motorola Moto G50 counts with improved battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
