Motorola Edge (2022) has an overall score of 84.7, which is much better than the Moto G50's score of 75.3. Motorola Edge (2022) is a newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than the Moto G50. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Motorola Edge (2022) has newer 12 version and Moto G50 has Android 11, so it provides you lots of additional features.
The Motorola Edge (2022) has a little bit better performance than Moto G50, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
