Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G50, having an 82.2 score against 75.3. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's body is much older, incredibly thicker and heavier than Motorola Moto G50. The Xperia XZ2 Premium features just a little better hardware performance than Moto G50, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a greater amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much sharper display than Motorola Moto G50, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater display pixels density and a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840px. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium takes better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G50, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos and a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution.
Moto G50 counts with a quite bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Moto G50 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. The Motorola Moto G50 features a much better battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
