Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is way better than the Motorola Moto G51 5G's score of 77.8. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is an older and just a little heavier phone than Motorola Moto G51 5G, but Samsung could make it a bit thinner anyway. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much sharper screen than Motorola Moto G51 5G, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a greater number of pixels per inch in the display. The Moto G51 5G counts with a greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a bit better CPU than Moto G51 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a battery duration that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Moto G51 5G. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots much clearer videos and photos than Moto G51 5G, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a back camera with lot more megapixels and a way higher video quality.
