The Asus ZenFone 7 has a much better screen than Motorola Moto G53, because it has a quite larger display, more pixels per screen inch, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a much brighter display.
Asus ZenFone 7 takes much better photos and videos than Moto G53, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Asus ZenFone 7 also has a lot better resolution back-facing camera. Asus ZenFone 7 has a better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G53, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenFone 7 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Asus ZenFone 7 features a battery life that is very similar to Moto G53's battery duration.
