Motorola Moto G9 Play is a bit better than the Moto G53, with a 76.7 score against 72. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Moto G9 Play has an older 10 version and Moto G53 has Android 13. Even being the best cellphone we are comparing here, the Motorola Moto G9 Play is a notably older, just a little heavier and thicker cellphone than Moto G53.
The Moto G53 counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola Moto G9 Play. Both have the same 720 x 1600 resolution, a greater pixel count in each inch in the display and a same size display. The Moto G9 Play features a much faster processing unit than Moto G53. They have a 4 GB RAM memory and 8 processing cores.
Motorola Moto G9 Play has a much better camera than Moto G53, because although it has a worse 48 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photography.
