The Galaxy M12 has an overall score of 80, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G54's 73.2 general score. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M12 has older 10 version while Motorola Moto G54 has Android 13. The Galaxy M12 body is extremely older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker than the Motorola Moto G54.

The Galaxy M12 has a much better hardware performance than Moto G54, although it has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Moto G54 counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Motorola Moto G54 also has a better pixels count per inch in the screen and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px.

The Galaxy M12 counts with a slightly better camera than Moto G54, although it has a camera with less MP resolution and a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs in poorly lited environments. The Samsung Galaxy M12 features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G54, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1 TB.
