Moto G5S Plus features a bit better processor than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Moto G5S Plus also has 4 more cores.
The HTC U Ultra has a battery life that is just as good as Motorola Moto G5S Plus's battery performance. The HTC U Ultra captures a bit better photos and videos than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, because although it has a lower (4K) video quality and a lesser mega-pixels back-facing camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light images.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto G5S Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Moto G5S Plus. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola Moto G5S Plus, letting go a couple specifications.
