Galaxy Note4 features a bit better camera than Moto G5S Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light captures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy Note4 also counts with a back facing camera with a better 16 megapixels resolution.
