Samsung Galaxy S20 is way better than the Moto G5S Plus, with a global score of 94.8 against 74.8. The Samsung Galaxy S20 construction is incredibly newer, somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than the Moto G5S Plus. Galaxy S20 has a brighter screen than Moto G5S Plus, because it has a higher screen pixel density, a much higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a quite larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has just a bit better performance than Moto G5S Plus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy S20 has a superior camera than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, because although it has a less mega pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a larger camera aperture and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.
Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G5S Plus, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features better battery performance than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G5S Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto G5S Plus. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G5S Plus, resigning some features and specifications.
