Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than Moto G5S Plus, having a 98 score against 74.8. Even though Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way heavier than the Moto G5S Plus, it's just a little bit thinner and noticeably newer. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper display than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, because it has a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3200, a better pixels density and a bigger display.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G5S Plus, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little faster CPU than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a very superior battery duration than Moto G5S Plus, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes way better videos and photos than Moto G5S Plus, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger aperture to capture better images and video in low-light situations.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G5S Plus, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G5S Plus. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Moto G5S Plus, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
