The Galaxy S5 Plus is slightly better than Moto G5S Plus, getting a 78.1 score against 74.8. Although the Galaxy S5 Plus is much older than Moto G5S Plus, it's design is lighter and somewhat thinner. Galaxy S5 Plus features a better looking screen than Moto G5S Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a just a little better number of pixels per inch of screen.

Galaxy S5 Plus has a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, because although it has 4 less cores and lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit. Motorola Moto G5S Plus has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the Motorola Moto G5S Plus also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.

Motorola Moto G5S Plus features a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
