Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a score of 81.1, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto G5S Plus's global score of 74.8. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is somewhat heavier than the Motorola Moto G5S Plus, it's a little bit thinner and also notably newer. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a bit more powerful processor than Moto G5S Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a screen that is very similar to Motorola Moto G5S Plus's screen, because although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a larger display. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a greater camera than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera and a larger aperture to take better low-light images and video.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a quite bigger memory for games and applications than Motorola Moto G5S Plus, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a much better battery performance than Moto G5S Plus, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G5S Plus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G5S Plus. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Moto G5S Plus, resigning a couple specifications.
