Moto Z3 is a little bit better than the Moto G6 Plus, getting a score of 77.6 against 77.5. Even when the Moto Z3 and Moto G6 Plus were released with only 4 months difference, the Moto Z3 is just a little lighter and somewhat thinner. Moto Z3 features a display that is very similar to Motorola Moto G6 Plus's screen, because although the Moto Z3 has a bit worse screen pixel density, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a little bit larger screen.
Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a little faster processor than Moto G6 Plus, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Moto G6 Plus takes slightly better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, a back camera with a 12 mega pixels resolution and the same video definition, the Motorola Moto G6 Plus also has a larger aperture to capture better low-light images and videos and a bigger sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos.
The Moto Z3 has a superior storage for games and applications than Moto G6 Plus, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto Z3 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto G6 Plus has just a little bit longer battery duration than Moto Z3, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity.
