Motorola Moto G6 Plus has a general score of 77.5, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J8's 76.7 score. Although Motorola Moto G6 Plus and Samsung Galaxy J8 were released with only 2 months difference, Motorola Moto G6 Plus is a little thinner and just a bit lighter. Motorola Moto G6 Plus features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy J8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Moto G6 Plus also has more RAM.

The Moto G6 Plus counts with a sharper display than Galaxy J8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen density and a much higher 1080 x 2160px resolution. The Moto G6 Plus counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy J8, because although it has a way worse 12 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Moto G6 Plus also counts with a way better (4K) video definition and a bigger camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
