Comparison review
Galaxy S9 is just a bit better than the Moto G6 Plus, getting a overall score of 83.3 against 77.5. The Galaxy S9 design is a little bit lighter but just a bit thicker than the Moto G6 Plus, and both of them were released with only a couple months difference. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a little better performance than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Galaxy S9 has just a bit better screen than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a higher pixel density. The Galaxy S9 has a bigger storage for apps and games than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S9 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 400 GB.
The Galaxy S9 features a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, and although they both have a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy S9 also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light captures and a larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better photo and video quality.
Moto G6 Plus has a bit superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S9, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
