The Galaxy XCover 5 design is newer, but just a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker than Moto G6 Plus. Moto G6 Plus has a little faster processor than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Moto G6 Plus also has 2 GB more RAM.

Motorola Moto G6 Plus counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a greater pixel density, a way better resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a little bigger screen. Galaxy XCover 5 has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy XCover 5 also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1 TB.
