The Xperia XA2 Plus is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, getting a 78.6 score against 77.5. Even being the best in this review, it must be noted that it is also thicker and somewhat heavier. Xperia XA2 Plus features a little sharper display than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, the Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a little bit larger display.
The Xperia XA2 Plus features more memory for apps and games than Moto G6 Plus, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xperia XA2 Plus also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 400 GB. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a CPU that's just as good as the CPU in Motorola Moto G6 Plus, they have the same RAM memory amount and 8 CPU cores.
The Xperia XA2 Plus counts with just a little better battery performance than Motorola Moto G6 Plus, because it has a 3580mAh battery capacity against 3200mAh. The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a slightly better camera than Moto G6 Plus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera with lot more MP.
