The Moto G6 Plus is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, getting a 77.5 score against 75.9. Even being the best we are comparing here, we must highlight that it's also a bit thicker and a little bit heavier. Xiaomi Mi 8 SE counts with a little sharper display than Moto G6 Plus, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE also has a bit higher 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution and a bit more pixels per display inch.
Xiaomi Mi 8 SE's processing unit is very similar to Moto G6 Plus's processor, both of them have 6 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processor. The Moto G6 Plus and the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE have incredibly similar cameras, because although the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has a smaller aperture which is not so good for taking pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video frame rates, a back facing camera with a 12 megapixels and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor taking better quality videos and photographs.
Motorola Moto G6 Plus counts with a much better memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G6 Plus also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB. Moto G6 Plus features just a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
